SHARP/AutoSHARP

Description

    autoSHARP is an automated structure solution pipeline. It comprises the heavy-atom refinement and phasing program SHARP, the density modification program SOLOMON, and the ARP/wARP package for automated model building and refinement (using REFMAC). SHARP (Statistical Heavy Atom Refinement And Phasing) is a program for refining a model of isomorphous or anomalous heavy-atom substitution and calculating phase probabilities.
