Electron Density Server

Description

The Uppsala Electron Density Server (EDS) can be used to readily obtain electron density maps (Fo-Fc and 2Fo-Fc) of deposited structures. In addition, statistics and plots are provided to assess the quality of the crystal structure. EDS was developed in the laboratory of Alwyn Jones by Gerard Kleywegt, Mark Harris, Jinyu Zou, Anders Wahlby, and Tom Taylor.
