STING Millennium
Description
STING Millennium is a web based suite of programs that starts with the visualization of a molecular structure and leads the user through a series of operations resulting in an extensive structural analysis of the molecule:
1) amino acid sequence and structure positions, with emphasis on bi-directional coupling of sequence and 3D informationn; 2)
pattern search and neighbors identification; and 3)
H-bonds, angles and distances between atoms are easy to obtain thanks to the intuitive graphic and menu interface.
